BIO
Hi!
If you’re here, you must want to know a little bit about me. I grew up in Florida, where it is way too hot to play outside in the summer, so I would read and journal instead. My most fond memories from when I was younger are going to the bookstore with my grandma.

Journaling and short story writing as a kid turned into poetry and novellas as a teen, which ultimately led to...not reading or writing for pleasure at all in college. That's right. I went to nursing school. What?!
I graduated from UCF with a degree in nursing and worked as a nurse for several years before becoming a travel nurse. Now, I get to work around the country as a ICU travel nurse. The perks of that are more coffee shops to read and write in. If you need mom and pop coffee shop recs, most likely I have one in nearly every state!

Working three days a week as a nurse has allowed me to write on my days off. Working as a travel nurse has allowed me to work on my writing goals months at a time in between working nursing assignments.
​
During COVID, I self published two children's books in between working and playing with my dogs and cat. I have a YA fantasy fiction duology in the works!
If I could do anything in life, I would rescue all the animals and give them love.

When I was a kid I wanted to be: A dolphin trainer.

Favorite music: Alternative, emo, hardcore rock.
